The Process
After payment, a test kit will be drop-shipped directly to you for specimen collection. Allow 3-5 business days for test to arrive.
Turnaround time from specimen to report is 4-8 weeks.
Once the report is ready, we will contact you to make an appointment with Donna Sigmond.
A digital copy of your results will be available after appointment has been confirmed.
Result appointments are 80 min or 110 min. These can be done in person or via telehealth.
Expect to review 2-3 areas per appointment. These are chosen based off your primary areas of concern or interest, time constraints, and amount of questions.
