COVID 19 Safety Policies
We at EWW care about your health, both physical and emotional, and we will continue to provide an outstanding level of service and safety to our patients and our community.
At this time are offering both telehealth appointments and in-person appointments. To continue serving our community safely, we ask that if you are choosing to continue in-person appointments that you observe our COVID guidelines.
Please prepare to observe the following guidelines when coming into the clinic:
Masks are not required in common areas if you are fully vaccinated, but may be required during treatment at your practitioner’s discretion. If you are not vaccinated, please continue to wear a mask in the office to help prevent the spread of variants.
A stationary hand sanitizer is provided at the entry for your use. Some practitioners may request you wash your and prior to entry into the treatment rooms.
Arrive at the time of your appointment, not before.
Before coming into the clinic you should be able to answer NO to the following:
You have NOT traveled within the last two weeks. This includes out of state and international travelers.
You do NOT have fever, cough, or flu-like symptoms.
You have NOT been in contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 or anyone with these COVID-19 symptoms with the last 14 days.
If you answer “yes” to any of the above criteria, you will not be permitted to enter the clinic. Please contact our front desk and they will let you know what the next step will be.
